ABOUT ME
Bridget Lontok, Licensed Paralegal and Notary Public
I am a paralegal licensed by the Law Society of Ontario. It is my mission to increase access to justice and help clients through their legal journeys with as little stress as possible.

I know that having a strong advocate at your side can make all the difference. I believe that being properly educated about your options and understanding your situation can help to reduce stress and allow you to make the best decisions.

I graduated from Seneca College with high honours in an Accelerated Paralegal diploma. I have an advanced diploma with distinction in Business Administration: Supply Chain and Operations Management from Conestoga College. I have a Yellow Belt in Six Sigma from Conestoga College. I had an APICS certification in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM).
AREAS OF LAW
The scope of paralegal's license is limited. Get in touch to arrange a free 30 minute consultation to see if I can help.
Whether you are defending a claim or initiating one, I provide legal services to help you best reach your desired outcome. The Small Claims Court hears matters where the remedy sought is $35.000 or less.
Whether you have a matter before the Landlord and Tenant Board, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, or one of the many other Boards and Tribunals in Ontario, I may be able to provide legal services tailored to meet your needs.
SERVICES
It is my mission to increase access to justice one client at a time. I will help you work towards the outcome that you desire. I offer flexible and affordable legal services. Contact me to see what I can do for you.
FREE CONSULTATION
I offer a free 30 minute consultation. You can use this time to briefly explain your legal matter, find out if the services I provide will meet your needs and ensure you would be comfortable working with me.
I use this time to determine if your legal matter falls within the scope of my practice.
FULL SERVICE
You can retain me to take care of all your legal needs related to your matter.
I will review your file, advise you on how to best achieve your desired outcome, draft & file your documents, communicate with the opposing party and tribunal, assist you in negotiating a settlement, and advocate vigorously in hearings and mediations.
UNBUNDLED SERVICES
I understand that some people do not want to retain, or cannot afford, full representation. That is why I offer unbundled services. Unbundled services increase access to justice.
You can retain me to draft a document, do research and provide you with advice, or to attend a hearing or mediation as your advocate.
NOTARY PUBLIC AND COMMISSIONER OF OATHS
As a notary and commissioner of oaths, I administer oaths, affirmations and declarations, I witness or certify the execution of documents, and I certify and attest true copies of documents. I do not provide legal advice and no paralegal-client relationship is formed. It is important that you understand your document before our appointment. All signatures must be signed before me.

Current and valid government issued photo ID that contains your signature is required for these appointments.
